LEWISTON - Below is the Lewiston Police Department daily activity log for Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Incident Address: 17TH ST; south of winco

female in pink tank top and holding a bag that looked like one comp gave back to during a different call. she doesn’t look good, swaying while walking.

female poss deaf, was in front of the atm for 20 min and did at least 10 transactions but caller did not see any cash. she is leaving in a white 4d chevy. caller is concerned for female or someone poss getting scammed.

2 huskies in caller yard. not aggressive.

domestic battery cite issued yesterday and now he and his gf are texting caller.

Incident Address: BRYDEN CANYON RD

male sitting on the south side of the overpass on the pillar. Didn't look like he was doing very good.

female panhandling customer. wf apprx mid 30s or early 40s. wearing camo half hoodie and blk pants and has a backpack and blk purse, larger.

comp rear-ended, another vehicle, non-injury.

across the street there are some juniper bushes and there is a bike in the bushes. thinks its been there since Thursday. poss a mtn bike, older.

vehl on the side of the road and caller needs traffic control to replace tire.

large blk lab running around the neighborhood and is charging without barking. poss a red collar or bandana

husband was trimming his bushes and found needles and caller would like someone to come get them

needs standby to get belongings.

22-L10867 DUI Alcohol or Drugs

Incident Address: SNAKE RIVER AVE; 800 blk

sb; 15-20 under the posted limit and failing to maintain lane; red tacoma

22-L10868 Child Abuse or Neglect

son witnessed a female with a child and she slapped him so hard in the head he fell. child appeared to be 10 at the most. they left in a vehl, blk suv

car that just hit 2 fences and is trying to leave

someone left wallet at the store.

daughter in law was on the phone and stated she was not going to make it thru the day. she tried a couple of weeks ago and st joes released her

Son left about 10 ago. 13 yom wearing gry car hart hoodie and blu and yellow tennis shoes and unk shorts. long shaggy hair unk direction of travel. he was mad and ran because dad took all the items out of his room that would aid in his suicide.

daughter having a seizure 17 yof. in the girls bathroom has hx

dirt bike speeding in the area, mini bike. wm drk red beard, blk hat and shirt and tan shorts and he is about 5'10.

comp bought speakers over fb market place, he paid him $700 comp is at this address & they are in a verbal over the agreement

neighbors helper is trespassing on the easement. they are threatening caller.

person who rented the room is outside yelling hitting his own vehl

son just took off now- possibly going to the youth center, he likes to hid behind the building. Got in comp's face, threatens him. Comp is unable to walk to go after him

caller was to meet father of children to exchange and he did not show for caller to have her time.

comp reported her son missing to Walla Walla County SO yesterday, as that is where he was last seen. Her son had rented a uhaul & it was returned to this location by a female. comp was advised by Walla Walla to call LPD for further follow up

Incident Address: 5th St & Bryden Ave

Subject has a warrant out of Kootenai county. Comp says that he is running drugs from CDA & Spokane down to the Lewiston Clarkston area. Comp says we need to go find him now and arrest him. Comp is very fired up about this situation and wants an officer to call him right away

Incident Address: 7th St & Preston Ave

There is a husky that is chained, unk if it have any water, food dish is in the front yard. They don’t do anything with it.

1990s purple blue ford Taurus with no plates, its beat up, the driver is in the ER comp would like the car checked out to make sure its not stolen

Comp was just bit by a dog, she has watched it attack someone else before. Caller is arguing with the dog owner

motion burg alarm, audible, one trip

Comp was dropping off a letter and found the door is open, unk if anyone is there, comp did not go in, lights are off

Comp can hear banging on the walls, screaming, female came running out the front door crying and ran down the hall, male came out after her. Unk where they went, unk who they are.

2 males just showed up, comp can see them in the camera, just took their shirts off, last seen in a stairwell on the Sw side. last seen about 1 min ago

Incident Address: 14th St & Warner Ave

Field is on fire, unk how it happened, its BIG, wind spreading it, caller drove up on it

Comp is advising there is a fire in the canyon, she is swearing that it’s not the fire by the casino, comp says its spreading quickly

dog bite occurred about 20-30 mins ago, comp didn't have exact location.

Comp says she is having problems with stalkers and hackers breaking into her apartment. There was a camera in her couch and left blood in her home. Says her phone has been locked. They have been breaking in nonstop. Don’t know who it is but thinks it someone young.

Subject contact local crisis line in WA stating he had driven to Idaho to purchase a gun in the morning to kill himself since he can't buy a gun in WA. Male stated he was sleeping in his vehicle in a parking lot till the gun store opened in the morning.

2 male pit bulls running around the parking lot. Dogs appear to be aggressive barking and lunging at the comp

comp advised that her friend is not answering the phone which is not normal for him and then his number called her at 0430 hours and there was no answer.
