This week the Oztent Group will release three new swags, one already achieving global acclaim for design and innovation.
OZTENT PITCH BLACK DOME SWAGS
The OZTENT DS-1 Pitch Black Single Dome Swag and OZTENT DS-2 Pitch Black Double Dome Swag, may look like a swag, but when it comes to performance, they set a new standard.
The OZTENT DS-2 Pitch Black Double Dome Swag was recently awarded the GOLD Good Design Award, for design and innovation. Making it the best ‘Sports and Lifestyle’ product in one of the world’s longest-running, most prestigious, international design award programs.
Both swags use Oztent’s patented Pitch Black Tech™ which keeps 95% of sunlight out of the swag and makes them the only swag in the world assuring you of a good sleep, no matter how bright the day. This was a previously impossible benefit much needed by remote and regional shift workers, and the over excitable camper, who must have sound sleep during the day.
Incredibly tough, they are constructed of Ripstop canvas, with heavy-duty PVC tub flooring and internal seam-sealed double stitching, making them 100% waterproof and UV 50+ rated. While replaceable No-See-Um mesh sky screens both provide great views, free of bites, and ensures a much longer product life overall.
Like all things OZTENT, they are fast and easy to setup and pack down, using colour coded poles and clips to be completely free of complication.
Large vestibules and awnings provide campers with shade and protection for themselves and their gear, at the same time aiding ventilation, to improve airflow, minimise condensation and maximise comfort.
Access is super easy from the top or side of the swag.
Once inside the power cord inlet, light-loops and multi-storage pockets deliver the most tech friendly and flexible swags available.
Both swags are big on comfort and come with 50mm mattresses included, the The OZTENT DS-2 Pitch Black Double Dome Swag has plenty of room for two.
OZTENT ULTRA-LIGHT SINGLE SWAG
Almost at the other end of the spectrum the OZTENT ULS-1 Ultra-Light Single Swag is a pure utilitarian delight, designed specifically to provide smart, highly durable, very light-weight shelter to 2-wheel adventurers wanting to explore beyond the roughest of tracks.
Again, using Ripstop canvas, PVC tub floor, heat-sealed seaming and No-See-Mesh for 100% waterproofing, durability, skylit views and ventilation the ULS-1 weighs only 2.7Kg and packs down to a 15 x 43cm roll.
The Ultra-Light Single Swag also comes with a vestibule area to protect gear, while its unique Soft Ground Support system provides structural support and ensures good airflow even on sandy ground. An easy access top entrance keeps the camper away from the dirt when getting in and out of the swag.
The size, weight, durability, and functionality of the OZTENT ULS-1 Ultra-Light Single Swag heralds a new era in off-road camping for adventure, touring and enduro riders.
Also rolling into stores this month from the Oztent Group is a range of three pro-travel bags.
The two larger bags the OZTENT 264L Pro Travel Bag and OZTENT 216L Pro Travel Bag are constructed of heavy-duty heat welded PVC combined with roll and clip locking to keep gear 100% dry. Their comfortable webbing carry handles and side compression straps make camping and travelling easy.
While each bag delivers a massive capacity of protection for all types of camping clobber, the OZTENT DS-1 Pitch Black Single Dome Swag and OZTENT DS-2 Pitch Black Double Dome Swag fit perfectly into the 216L and 264L Pro Travel Bag, respectively.
The OZTENT 48L Pro Travel Bag, with a slightly lighter fabrication, also delivers 100% waterproof protection and double stitched sealed seaming. Unlike its counterparts, not only does it have room for OZTENT ULS-1 Ultra-Light Single Swag, but it will also accommodate a light-weight mattress and sleeping bag; and still fit neatly on the rack of a motorbike.
All Swags and Pro Travel Bags will be available exclusively through Anaconda stores nationally from mid November 2021 and all other reputable outdoor retailers from March 2022.
